Madinat Al Arab, $953m sales

Al Burj Real Estate Limited says it has sold $953m worth of properties in the first phase of Madinat Al Arab at Dubai Waterfront. The company will soon launch the second phase of the residential development, as well as other real estate projects at Dubai Waterfront.
